I hate having anxiety and panic attacks. I feel it on the strangest days. I mostly get panic attacks when I lose control, crying too hard, can’t think straight, and can’t stop shaking. I begin to breakdown. I shut down. My body just takes over. The worst type is when you’re crying, you just sit there, everything hurts, breathing gets harder, and you can’t stop. Stress, social pressures, and even the littlest things can bring on an attack. There is a certain line that it crosses when it goes from regular anxious feelings to being a chronic problem. You can become extremely tired and have breathing problems. Usually the main trigger of these is an isolated fear that perpetuates itself into a major physical and emotional reaction. People suffering from social anxiety have a heightened level of self-consciousness and feel almost paralyzed when out in public situations. I get panic attacks when my fears turned out to be unjustified. My chest gets tight, and I forget how to breathe. Panic attacks are the worst!
